2023 Honda Accord gets more expensive, more efficient hybrid

After the Gallery was revealed. As expected, it's a bit more expensive than before, though the jump isn't as drastic as some of Honda's other models since the base LX remains. Also, the hybrid version is more efficient than it used to be, though the base turbo takes a slight hit to economy.

For the entry-level hybrid with 204 hp and 247 lb-ft of torque, the base line is $32,990 for the Sport. Compared to the same 2022 Sport trim, the new version is $825 more. The Sport trim is available alongside the EX-L, Sport-L and Touring now only with the hybrid powertrain.

The hybrid's overall fuel economy increases in the EX-L trim to 51 mpg city, 44 highway, and 48 combined. The previous model earned 48 in the city and 47 on the highway combined. Other hybrid trims are also optimized for 46 city, 41 highway and 44 combined. Previous models had 44/41/43.
